Classic album from the popular American jazz singer Gloria Lynne - the first jazz vocalist to have hits in the Jazz, Pop and R&B charts simultaneously. Recorded in November of 1958, "Miss Gloria Lynne" features sublime support from a cast of jazz superstars including Sam Taylor (tenor saxophone); Harry Edison (trumpet); Eddie Costa (vibraphone); Wild Bill Davis (organ); Kenny Burrell (guitar); Milt Hinton, George Duvivier, Tom Bryant (bass) and Jo Jones (drums).
